Paula Reuben Vieillet, President of Employment Options Inc. is a Nationally Certified Vocational Evaluator and the author of Disabilities/Different Abilities: A New Perspective for Job Hunters; which is nationally acclaimed and being used in rehabilitation counseling programs and universities across the United States.

Paula Reuben Vieillet is a Nationally Certified Vocational Evaluator and president of Employment Options, Inc. She is a Board Member of NENA, the new National Association of Employment Networks and a consultant to the Social Security administration. She has been successfully placing "Ticket to Work" clients as well as other populations with disabilities and other vocational obstacles since 1988.

She authored the manuals, Disabilities/Different Abilities: A New Perspective for Job Hunters and its companion Instructor Guide for Disabilities/Different Abilities: A New Perspective for Job Hunters which are being used in private and non-profit return-to-work programs across the United States as well as being taught in rehabilitation counseling programs at several universities including Arkansas State University, University of South Florida, and Foothill College. They can be found in the JIST Publishing catalog and Impact Publications. She is an accomplished speaker and presents regularly to rehabilitation professionals in the area of job placement and the American with Disabilities Act. She has led numerous job seeking skills workshops for clients.

In addition to her rehabilitation background, Ms. Vieillet earned a B.A. in Human Ecology from Eckerd College and a Masters of Adult Education - focus: Training & Development from University of South Florida.

Flora Brehon joined Employment Options Inc. in January 2005 when she assigned her ticket to Employment Options Inc. Despite interviews with TECO Electric and an excellent job offer at a local benefits research company since enrolling with us, Flora has gratefully offered her services screening and coaching ticket-holders. Flora came to us with over 20 years of management and human resource experience at ARMY AND AIR FORCE EXCHANGE SERVICES (AFES) where she was responsible for hiring, firing, evaluating, counseling and organizing up to 50 staff members including operation managers, shipping/receiving, retail staff and drivers. A perceptive, diplomatic and hardworking professional, Flora has been instrumental in expanding our services nationally so that we can help people wherever Ticket to Work holders may be living. She is a solid believer in the value of the Ticket to Work program and a skilled human resource professional.

Gerald Hall has been working with Employment Options, Inc. since 2001. He is a proven job developer and placement specialist. His background includes working in an addiction treatment center, high volume call center, as well as owning his own handyman business for twelve years.Gerald Hall interned with Employment Options Inc. for over a year and earned the title of Certified Job Seeking Skills Trainer for both individual and job clubs using the Disabilities/Different Abilities: A New Perspective for Job Hunters, a nationally acclaimed job seeking skills manual and method. He has been working with Employment Options Inc. since 2001
