Flora joined Employment Options Inc. in January 2005 when she assigned her ticket to Employment Options Inc.

Despite interviews with TECO Electric and an excellent job offer at a local benefits research company since enrolling with us, Flora has gratefully offered her services screening and coaching ticket-holders.

Flora came to us with over 20 years of management and human resource experience at ARMY AND AIR FORCE EXCHANGE SERVICES (AFES) where she was responsible for hiring, firing, evaluating, counseling and organizing up to 50 staff members including operation managers, shipping/receiving, retail staff and drivers.

A perceptive, diplomatic and hardworking professional, Flora has been instrumental in expanding our services nationally so that we can help people wherever Ticket to Work holders may be living. She is a solid believer in the value of the Ticket to Work program and a skilled human resource professional.
