Her experience includes working as a human resources administrator for several major corporations and a start-up technology company where her responsibilities included recruiting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for professional, technical, and administrative positions.

Her primary areas of specialization are career coaching, job search, and job placement. Dr. Cutler has a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, M.Ed. from Kent State University, B.A. from Spring Arbor College. She has also completed training in coaching foundations from MentorCoach in Bethesda, Maryland.
