We are currently hiring Insurance consumer qualifiers, Education Advisors and DIRECTV sales agents for our Fortune 500 clients. Applicants do not have to be licensed in insurance, but having an active license is a plus!!

This company is currently looking for driven individuals who can adapt as we continue to grow, who are motivated to advance to handle new responsibilities.

Competitive hourly rate with a commission plan paid bi-weekly.

HOURS ARE 9 AM- 6 PM OR 10 AM-6 PM Monday-Friday.

MUST HAVE GOOD ATTENDANCE QUALITY!

Responsibilities:

• Qualify prospects based on pre-determined criteria
• Gather prospect information and update database accurately and consistently
• Prothe cess prospect based on system recommendations
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage quality of leads
• Script and coaching adherence.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of relevant computer applications
• Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Knowledge of basic business principles
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
