POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for a wide variety of daily and monthly operational tasks and assistance to the department. Expectations are to support the department by gaining knowledge of applicable workflows. This position will also assist in client support calls, client training and issue resolution. Will also include internal support for banks and holding company.

KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

  • Direct reports to VP, Cash Management Solutions and Operations Support Specialist II.
  • Works closely with Cash Management Solutions team for delegation of tasks and projects.
  • Works with OCM clients and internal bank staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

Customer Support

  • Assist in fielding customer calls requiring assistance with cash management services, questions or issue resolution
  • Assist in providing verbal user training for new clients
  • Assist in providing ongoing user support for any new CM Solutions
  • Assist in providing support to the organization
  • Assist CM customers with changes/maintenance for client Solutions
  • Assist in creating new CM user help guides

Cash Management Operations

  • Assist in CM Operations as needed for error/issue resolution
  • Assist in updating cash management procedure documents
  • Assist in creating/updating cash management services delivery standards
  • Support Q2 Central Manager application workflow
  • Support Q2/Centrix PIQS and Exact TMS applications.
  • Assist in support of general ACH for banks, Fed ACH and originator on-boarding or maintenance
  • Efficiently support end of day processing
  • Support other CM products and services
  • Assist in FIS Account Analysis (XAA) with gained knowledge
  • Assisting Cash Management Specialists and banks with new vendor and product reviews
  • Assist with new services or product testing

Sales Support

  • Provide follow up calls with all clients as needed for training or issue resolutions
  • Assist in coordination of new cash management services agreements and implementation documents with CM operations
  • Assist in creating cash management and banking services proposals as needed

Training/Product Knowledge

  • Assist with internal product training at banks through sales bank Lunch & Learns
  • Assist to create new ideas for bank staff CM learning experiences
  • Other duties as requested
  • Complete project tasks as assigned.
  • Create new procedural or operations documents as needed.
  • Assist internal staff with all questions and issues as related to cash management
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Proven working experience in a financial institution or similar industry.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work and make decision with little or no supervision.
  • Experience with computers and banking applications/software.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices and mobile channels/apps.
  • Excellent attention to details, processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associate Arts Degree; 2 years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet based applications.
  • Proficient skill set in current environment technology – Examples: mobile banking, app usage preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfort level with speaking to clients or small groups.

  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and rarely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
