Job Description: Responsible for taking incoming calls for a dental insurance company answering phones for providers, hospitals and patients. The type of calls would be people who need a provider list, and answering routine questions about insurance contracts..
Minimum Requirements: Helpful (but not required) to have a medical billing, patient care, or insurance background. Quiet, home office, free of any background noise (zero tolerance policy for noise).
Strong computer navigation skills a must including: Ability to open and quickly toggle between at least five windows at a time; Frequently use keyboard commands rather than relying on menus.
