This company is contracted by a variety of clients to offer their customers’ products and services by mail, email, online, and by phone. It is our job to contact mainly existing customers to offer them renewals on their service contract that they purchased for their appliance or electronics at the point of purchase. We also contact another segment of potential customers and offer them a service contract on a new product they just purchased from a retail appliance/electronics store nationally.
