Job Details:  Must be Technically savvy, troubleshooting expertise, and minimum typing speed of 35 wpm.  Experience with using MAC and apple products required.

Availability to attend approximately five to six weeks of online (paid) training.  Flexibility to work shifts between the hours of 5:00 a.m. CST and 11:30 p.m. CST including weekends

Job Description:  Technical position.   Responsible for providing world-class technical support for products and accessories, from software to hardware.  Be passionate about technology and experienced with computers, and  likes helping people troubleshoot and fix problems, working independently without in-person supervision, exercising multitasking skills.   Help customers troubleshoot issues with various company products.

Minimum Requirements:   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time.  Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot your own hardware and software.  Multitask across systems and applications, analyze and resolve a variety of complex technical issues
