Job Description:   Provides phone-based and software enabled business support services.  Will be assisting client’s customers.

Minimum Requirements:   Comfortable with technology, people, and a flexible team environment.   Type 30 WPM. Exceptional customer service skills: efficiency, friendliness, and positive attitude. Highly organized and accurate.  Extraordinary oral and written communication skills. Operate and navigate a computer-based phone system. Operate phones and computers for vast majority of workday.

Computer Requirements: 
– Computer (PC)
– High Speed Internet Service
– 2GB or more of System Memory (RAM)
– Ability to print & scan within 24 hours.(Can use Fedex/UPS)
– Computer must finish bootup process in less than 3 minutes
