JOB DUTIES:  Answer customer questions about their credit card accounts, billing and technical.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  4 years of customer service experience or 4 year college degree.  High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Previous work from home experience preferred.  Experience owning or working in a small business a plus

Full-time positions only.   Operates in a 24/7 environment. Shift start times are between 10am EST and 1:30pm EST with weekend shifts required

10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds: DSL or Cable (no wireless or satellite ISPs allowed)

They supply computer and pay for phone.will cover the connection cost and monthly fees for dedicated telephone and internet service

Compensation:  $15 or more starting pay.
