Customer Service Rep (MEO-516A)

States Hiring In:    Must live within driving distance to North Lauderdale, Florida. and Columbus Ohio.  

**Training for WAH positions is NOT virtual training.  Must be able to attend 5 -6 weeks on-site training at company location in the above 2 areas.  After on-site training, job moves to work @ home.  

Job Detail:    Full-time.  Paid on-site training.   5 day work week.  Shift begins 9am-1p – Break for 5 hours- Start again  6p-10p.  One weekend day is involved.  After 30 days of employment, full benefits start. *

Job Description:    Representatives will provide assistance, perform account research, trouble shoot connectivity issues, assist with email issues, and answer questions regarding Speeds.

Minimum Requirements:    High School Diploma or Equivalent.   18 years or older.  At least one year customer service experience required.  No felonies or misdemeanors.

Computer Requirements:
– High Speed Internet Service
– Must own a 17″ or larger monitor
– Dedicated phone line just for work use
