Job Detail: Part-time Hours. Paid hourly. Competitive salary, benefits including a 401(k) savings plan after 90 days of employment. Schedules are based on the needs of the client. Most Work at home agents work between 20-39 hrs/week. Flexible, assigned shifts may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Some split shifts may be assigned. *
Must attend 7 days of ‘Paid’ virtual instructor-led training, as well as Web-based training courses.
Job Description:Receive inbound calls and deliver exceptional customer service and tech support for a premier wireless service provider. Determines appropriate action to be taken on customer’s behalf. Maintain pertinent records through data entry.
Work independently to troubleshoot home-based computer or hardware issues as they arise and work with technical support groups, as needed, to maintain home equipment. Maintain working proficiency in programs, products and/or platforms assigned
Minimum Requirements: 18 years of age or older; High School diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred). Possess at least 6 months experience in high-volume customer service experience. Employees must provide a quiet home office with a workstation that meets specifications. (see below)
Computer Requirements:
Agents must conduct and pass an online diagnostics check to ensure their equipment and Internet connection meets requirements.
– Reliable Computer (PC) (No MAC)
– High Speed Internet Provider (hardwired)
– Noise canceling telephone/ headset combination
– Landline phone (no VOIP, satellite, cable or cellular phones)
