Job Details: Full-Time only. $9.00 Hour. Some Weekends are required. Training classes will be for afternoon shifts that start at 1pm. Comprehensive, paid training program. Job Description: Assist customers with cell phone support for a major US carrier. tech support and retention troubleshooting connectivity issues, setting up new programs, navigating, setting u payment plans, upgrading accounts.
Minimum Requirements: 18 years or older ; High School Diploma or GED required. Performs background and credit check as a condition of employment for all positions. – likes 1 – 1/2 years of cell phone background, gaming, or other technical experience. Ability to multi-task required. 1 year customer service background required- Call center experience is preferred. .
Other Requirements:
•Computer literacy, not afraid of new technology.
•Able to download programs and email file attachments.
•Skilled using chat and instant message communications.
•Knowledge of keyboard short-cuts, such as cut-and-paste.
•Able to work with seven to twenty browser windows open on desktop and can toggle between multiple windows.
•Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Computer Requirements:
All applicants will be required to test Computer/PC and Internet speeds.
Macintosh Operating system is not supported.
– Computer (PC) -PC must have vendor manufactured date less than six years in age.
