Job Description: Primary function is to provide a positive customer experience by handling a constant inbound-call volume in an effort to sell products and services and retain customer satisfaction. Help customers decide which programming is right for them and order the proper equipment to meet their needs, while being required to meet a sales requirement. Will be offering sports packages to clients.
Minimum Requirements: 18 years or older; High School Diploma or GED. Extensive customer interaction/soft skill experience, with emphasis on closing sale opportunities. Performs background checks as a condition of employment for all positions. Applicants will perform a Voice Quality test of their home PC to ensure that the Internet service is compatible.
Excellent communication skills and excellent attention to details. Strong computer experience, knowledge, and usage. Able to work with 7-20 browser windows open on desktop and can toggle between multiple windows. Ability to multi-task.
•Computer literacy, not afraid of new technology.
•Able to download programs and email file attachments.
•Skilled using chat and instant message communications.
•Knowledge of keyboard short-cuts, such as cut-and-paste.
•Able to work with seven to twenty browser windows open on desktop and can toggle between multiple windows.
•Ability to work independently with little supervision.
