Job Description: Taking calls for customers of a leading national cable, Internet, and telephone company. Taking inquiries from customers. May involve soft sales. Help customers with Internet issues.
Minimum Requirements: Candidates must be 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma or GED. Ability to multi-task. Several years customer service background preferred. Excellent computer skills; ability to navigate multiple screens and programs. Performs background checks as a condition of employment for all positions.

•Able to work with seven to twenty browser windows open on desktop and can toggle between multiple windows.
•Ability to work independently with little supervision.
