Job Details: Full-time; Starting pay is between $11-12/hr. Schedules require the ability to start between 6am-10am. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours and weekends. Must be able to work 40 hours per week. Depending on the position title, must complete 4 or 6 weeks of virtual training from 8 am to 5pm. Competitive benefits and discounts offered. *
Job Description:
A). Rental Reservation Sales Reps will handle inbound calls from across the US and Canada, assisting customers with reservation sales and various customer inquiries.
B). Customer Support Reps will general customer and branch inquiries, resolve concerns or complaints related to rentals, research reservations, communicate branch policies, and handle roadside assistance calls.
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Must be 18 years or older. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Minimum of 6 months Customer Service and/or sales experience (for Reservation Rep position). Minimum 1 year customer service experience and previous customer/escalation support experience preferred (for Customer Service position).
Knowledge of keyboard shortcuts. Ability to trouble-shoot & fix minor computer problems independently. Able to multi-task. Ability to utilize multiple computer programs at one time. Must have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
