Tech Support (MEO-524)

States Hiring In :   Varies (Ask Job Counselor)

Job Details:    Full-Time. Hourly pay.   Usual Shifts can comprise of 4 day –  10/hour shifts (or) 5 day  8 hour shifts.  Holidays included.  Remote, paid training for the first 3 weeks from 9:00am – 5:30pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday/sometimes Saturday.  Minimum of a 12 month contract. *

Job Description:  Remote Help Desk Position in the computer hardware and software industry.  

Minimum Requirements:  Must have at least one certification  A+ or MCP.  3 years of current IT support experience (help desk, call center, desktop etc).  Shifts bids are given to techs on the first day of training

Computer Requirements:
– Computer (PC)
– High Speed Internet Service
– 1GHz or higher processor
