Job Description:     On-Call Tech Support.   Assist with Internet services, desktop support, and security related issues.

Minimum Requirements:     Previous work at home, call center, or internal helpdesk experience required.    Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls.   Proficient in Windows-based computer skills.
