 -For three days every August, the City of Flint comes to life with an energy only the Crim can create!  Beginning on the Thursday before race day, all  eyes are on downtown Flint as a year’s worth of preparation comes to fruition.  It all begins Thursday with the Crim Health and Fitness Expo. Three days of food, music, fashion, and shopping! Not to mention runner packet pick-up and health clinics. Over 60 vendors to visit, door prizes, and more. It’s fun for everyone of every age!
