Both On-Site and Work at Home Customer Service/Tech Support Agents will be responsible for troubleshooting customers’ basic software and/or hardware issues while demonstrating effective soft skills, active listening and ability to empathize with customers.

Must have High School Diploma or GED, type a minimum of 25 wpm, computer proficiency, effective verbal & written communications skills. Must be able to pass required Background Check.

On-Site positions are Full-Time with paid vacation, group health insurance plans available and extensive paid training.  The call center will be 24 hour, 1st, 2nd3rd and overnight shifts available. Weekend availability required.

Work at Home positions are Full-Time and Seasonal.  

You would need to have the following to Work At Home:

  • High speed internet connection (not wireless)
  • Dedicated phone line (landline)
  • Standalone monitor
  • Corded telephone with mute button 
  • Headset that plugs into the phone.
