In addition to our brick and mortar customer contact centers, Convergys utilizes WORK AT HOME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to play a critical role in our client’s mission to provide world-class customer service.
Working from your own home office, this position offers paid virtual training, an excellent employee benefits package, as well as a 401(k) savings plan. We provide extensive new hire training to ensure you are prepared to handle customer interactions.
This position requires heavy phone communication with customers, utilizing a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, researching and reviewing policies and communicating effective solutions. We are seeking individuals with previous customer service experience with the ability to quickly navigate on the computer. Applicants must have their own PC and high speed Internet service (that meet Convergys’ technical requirements) as well as a quiet, distraction-free space to work within their home.
