StatesideBPO is looking for Customer Service Representatives who are energetic, quick paced, well spoken, and self-motivated team players with a “can-do” approach to provide support to our customers through our call center environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication, writing, and computer skills along with the ability to represent the client’s brand and the company in a positive manner and provide great customer experiences.

We are also seeking dynamic and upbeat people to bring their “A” game in making outbound calls. This position consists of calling businesses to share our free advertising and value-add opportunities to increase their traffic in identified markets of Florida. You will use your personality and experience to engage business owners and decision makers to set appointments for our outside sales team to follow-up.
