Virtual Training Systems is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization providing free job skills training and job placement assistance to individuals with disabilities and other economically disadvantaged Americans preparing them for a secure and independent future.

Computer requirement for the training?
Only a Windows operating system is allowed. The training program does not work with Macintosh computers.
What Internet connection is required?
Any Internet connection is allowed.
What to expect from the training and the time frame?
The first step of the process will be to complete the skills assessment. In this initial phase, you will be completing four (4) skills assessments. The assessment can be accomplished in an hour however you will have seven days to complete this assessment.
1. Basic Computer Navigation
2. Business Reasoning
3. Data Entry & Typing
4. Audio Data Entry & Typing.
The second step of the training is the “Agent 101” job training. The curriculum has thirty-eight modules that take approximately 15 minutes each. The entire self-paced training takes between 10-12 hours, and you may complete it based on your schedule within the two weeks provided.
After completion and you pass the training, you will receive a certificate.
The complete VTS job training process requires a time commitment on your part, but the training that you receive will give you the necessary skills and confidence to qualify for an at-home Call Center Agent position.
**Employment Options’ Clients only: Before applying for any positions from the job fair, first, contact your assigned job counselor directly. They will assist you in following the specific protocol for applying with these employer partners through the Ticket to Work program.
