Helpful Links for the Join Me (Online) Webinar Portion:

BROWSER TIPS:  For Windows and MAC’s, Join me recommends using Chrome as your Browser –but you can use Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Edge.

  • If Using Internet Explorer 8, 9 or 10- Must have Flash Player 10 (or above) installed
    • To update Flash player: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
    • Flash player must also be ‘enabled‘ under browser settings to view presentation

Mobile Device or Mobile App users:
Mobile devices can be used if that is your only option (Computer or MAC is preferred)

  • Mobile version may be harder to troubleshoot on your own and view presentation portion
    • (Iphone or Android) download free ‘JOIN ME MOBILE APP in device play store 
      • APPLE: Needs iOS 9 or higher for joining meetings .
      • ANDROID: Needs Android 4 for joining meetings

SECTION B:   ADDITIONAL WEBINAR TIPS:

All lines will be muted when joining the call – except the guest speakers and moderator.   

  • Note: You can still listen to ‘Audio’ portion  – even if you ‘cannot’ access internet
  • When viewing online portion, it may take a few minutes to see presenter’s screen.
  •  It is possible you may see a blank screen for a short time at first.  
  • The Chat function online will Not be open so that attendees can focus on the presentation 
  • Staff will be talking to you on audio (phone) portion (step 1) so you know what is happening.  
  • You may be asked to state your name. Only the moderator can hear this.
  • Standard long-distance charges may apply for the audio portion. 

If time permits, we will have a “Question & Answer’ session in some capacity.
