MEO Staffing is the sister company to My Employment Options (MEO), a leading Social Security Employment Network which has been in business since 2002 helping people on SSI and SSDI return to work. You would be joining a team of dedicated and skilled professionals who specialize in getting and keeping ‘ticket-holders’ back to work. MEO staffing will expand our outreach to persons who have a disability but not currently receiving disability benefits.
The Staffing Service Assistant will conduct reference checks, background checks, test scoring, revise resumes, interview coaching, retention needs, and create job postings to help fill temp to perm and direct hire positions.
The Staffing Service Assistant will perform support tasks to help MEO Staffing run smoothly and efficiently by ensuring qualified candidates for all contracts.
As a diversity based staffing service this may include understanding the workload needs of the company, determining the workforce required to meet their needs, conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates, vetting potential candidates through background checks and employment history.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years’ recent experience within the staffing industry
- Computer savvy- ATS systems – Microsoft Office
- Excellent time-management skills
- Through problem-solving skills
- A team player
